Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about your purchase. In fact, please contact me before purchasing if you want to know more about an item.
Customers outside Australia, you are responsible for local taxes, levies or charges for importing goods into your country. I am unable to advise on taxes, these change frequently and are wholly the responsibility of the buyer to educate themselves on.
Returns and exchange details
If you want to refund or exchange an item, please note that returned items must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 business days of your receipt of the item as indicated by the delivery confirmation. Refunds will be processed once the product is received and its original condition is verified or proof of return if provided. Unfortunately, shipping charges will not be refunded and buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
If you receive an item which was damaged during transit, please make sure to 1) contact me, 2) document the damage including a photo and 3) contact Australia Post. I will do all that I can to rectify the situation, including replacement or refund if that becomes necessary. Carrier damage is not your fault so I will work with you, just stay in touch and communicate the issues.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
After receiving a shipping notification from me, if you have not received your item within 10 business days (for domestic orders) or 4 weeks (for international orders), please contact me.
For domestic orders, I ship with Australia Post using the cheapest untracked method for all items fitting through the gauge to keep costs down for you. Delivery can be expected within 3-6 business days from date of dispatch depending upon your location (some regional areas may take longer). If you wish to have the item sent by registered post, with tracking (satchel parcel post) or via express postage, please upgrade shipping to Registered/tracked/express postage.
For international orders, I ship via Australia Post Air Mail. Delivery will generally take 15 business days unless there are delays beyond my control within the postal network or due to weather. All orders are untracked unless tracking or express shipping is selected at checkout. If you want to add tracking to your delivery or expedited shipping and do not select it at time of purchase, you must message me immediately. Your shipping addresses should be up to date, I will ship to the address provided on your order by default, even if you paid via PayPal. Lil Poppin Designs is not responsible for any lost mail should tracking not be selected or address at time of ordering is incomplete or incorrect.
Important re Taxes: international buyers, You are responsible for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs charges and other such fees associated with imports (these are not charges levied by Lil Poppin Designs, nor can I provide information as to what sort of charges you may incur or whether charges will apply for your order value).
Should items be returned through refusal to pay your local taxes, order refunds upon receipt of goods will exclude original postage charges incurred by Lil Poppin Designs along with any return postage charges which are charged back to Lil POppin Designs. A 5% restocking fee will also apply.
I will not mark items you have purchased as a "gift" on the customs forms as this is against the law.
OTHER
Children under 3 should be supervised at all times - bows are made with small parts and whilst every attempt is made to ensure durability, they are not indestructible and may pose a choking hazard

Gift wrapping and packaging
If you require your item gift wrapped, please select Gift Wrapping as a product item and $1 shall be added to your order for this service, to cover paper costs.
